Biography
I am a photographer and sculptress from Metro Detroit, Michigan. Much of my work centers on nature and graveyard photography. I am a horror movie junkie and a lover of all things creepy, and I believe every day should feel like Halloween.
Artist's Statement
Gravestones and monuments really speak to me. There is a peaceful atmosphere that can be found only in cemeteries. I'm fascinated by the interplay between darkness and light, both in an artistic sense and a spiritual one. Much of my graveyard photography captures that contrast and evokes a feeling of mournfulness that is gloomy but never grim.
